Legal information and general conditions of website use

The purpose of this website is to provide information about the services we offer. By accessing our website, you acknowledge and accept these conditions of use.

MGSI may make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice, notably regarding the content of the website, MGSI’s services and training sessions or these conditions of use.

The user accepts that the access and use of the website is under their soleliability and consequently commits to:

  • Not using the website to carry out activities contrary to law, morality, public order and, in general, refraining from any act that could damage or saturate the website and/or prevent its normal use,
  • Not reproducing, copying, distributing, communicating publicly, transforming or modifying the contents without MGSI’s prior authorisation,

MGSI does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the website nor shall it be liable for any damage or technical defects including viruses or other harmful elements of any kind, that may occur from the use of the website.

MGSI stores small files of information called cookies on the user’s computer. However, MGSI uses cookies necessary to ensure the proper functioning of certain services on its site.

The user shall be liable for damage of any nature that MGSI or any third party may suffer as a consequence of breaching any of the obligations to which they are subject by these conditions of use.

They are the full property of MGSI or any third party.
